as far as i’m aware, you know how to read.
blog. the magic word. i know it’s been a long time since most of you signed out, but it does actually say this when you first arrive at tumblr. for those of you unsure of it’s cryptic meaning;
blog: an online journal. somewhere to share ones thoughts and experiences.
the easiest way to blog. yeah, it’s all coming back to you now, right? i don’t mean to judge, it’s not my place or intention. i don’t mean to presume, perhaps the ursa major really does mean something to you, and that photo of the sepia tone bicycle? did it belong to your great great grandmother? i’ll never know. because you didn’t add any kind of clarification.
i’ll occasionally show my appreciation for a show or a film, but there will be relevance. there will be an explanation for its presence on my blog. i don’t think i can follow any more people that post nothing but screencaps. or photographs of faded landscapes with captions on, or with pieces of duct tape with something vague and meaningless on it. as far as i can tell, a picture of a bucket does not effectively convey your longing for love.
i could saunter down sauchiehall street and, just by listening to snippets of people’s conversations as they passed me by, know more about each of them than i do about half the people i follow.
i just, don’t think a heart drawn in window condensation tells me much about you.
i just, want to know more.
i just, want you to blog.
i'm ellie;
